Transfer tool not working....
Is anyone else having issues getting the Avios transfer tool to work?
When i try to use it i keep getting the BA "Please wait...." page

Not worked for me either, made worse by using The World's Slowest Internet (TM) on one of beardie's trains.
At least when I checked in for my flight to LA tomorrow the system had remembered my passport details which was an unexpected pleasure.

Could it be, that as it is the first day of being able to transfer from BMI to BA, there are so many people transfering, that the system is having problems coping?

The "please wait" page came up for me too and the length of time does seem a bit interminable but after a couple of minutes it goes to the transfer Avios tool and works fine... For me at least.

I was getting time out errors when using Internet Explorer (8) but worked fine using Chrome. Don't know why but this seems to be happening a lot to me lately on several websites!

Stuck at please wait for about 5 minutes. Then page loaded but BMI is not an option in the drop down.
So much for the 'testing' Broken on first day :-)
edit - seems its the back office functions that are awry. The tool is failing to load on www.avios.com as well.
