Galleys equipped with up to 4 vats of stew = simples.
- WT = Steerage = Stew of some unidentifiable persuasion.
- WT+ = Third = Identifiable stew, with a spoon.
- CW = Second [Hmm, not quite so keen on that] = Pretentious Stew, with a bread roll of unknown origin. Numerous items of frozen cutlery with no known application.
- First = First = Daube or similar. A small crate of frozen cutlery, 6 glasses and a bread plate. The wines will be specially selected.

For dinner it would be appropriate to wear miniature decorations and one neck/collar order. Anything more than that would lead to accusations of Haile Selassie-ism … or being North Korean

Can I still let them fly WT+ providing their attire is up to snuff? ^^So if the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland was to be denuded of Scotland so that the Great Britain part no longer applied, would it be renamed the United Kingdom of England, Wales and Northern Ireland?
Any by extension would the airline be known as English, Welsh and Northern Irish Airways or even the Airways formerly known as British?
