So the diamond e-mail service did also just answer.
The answer was in portoguese however what they told me is:
If match was in 2015 the next evaluation is March 17.
If match was in 2016 the next evaluation is March 18.
If a downgrad occurs the next category will be given.
Diamond -> Gold
Gold -> Silver
So it's definite :-)

I have been crediting all my flights to Amigo.
Recently took yyz-sfo-syd (yyz-sfo on AC business, sfo-syd on UA business).
the air canada flight has not posted. the united flight posted as follows:
Index Activity Date Flight Class Flown Class Ticket Number Activity Description RedeemableMiles Earned StatusMiles Earned
1 19.11.2016 UA9863 Z C 0862294750652 SFO - SYD SAN FRANCISCO-SYDNEY 0 6,000
the important item here is that redeemable miles are showing as 0. Also the status miles are coming as 6000. the distance between sfo and syd is 7417 (http://www.gcmap.com/mapui?P=sfo-syd). Also, the UA miles for discounted business should be at 100%.
So, I am wondering how I can request 1) my status miles be corrected to 7400 and my redeemable miles be updated?

I agree with the above that calling is best. But if you don't want to call, you might try the retroclaim request form on the website. Just put in your flight and in the notes request the redeemable miles be updated.

Hey, has anyone had success status matching to Amigo recently? - I emailed them a couple of months ago and no response - I'm trying to match my dad who is COPA platinum to AMIGO.

Any email to get luggage tags/ card? I only credited one flight to them this year but my friend credited 0 and got tags like in april... Annoying to have to give them my number at UA clubs every time even tho *G is reflected on the bp. This issue does not happen at LX/LH lounges.

I did go over 5 flights credited (No Avianca flights) in October, I thought that might have something to do with it....
