Unused Acela First ticket - can I use kiosk for credit?
I have an unused Acela First ticket - I am aware that there is a penalty because I did not cancel in advance. I think its 10 percent - is that correct ?
My real question is - Can I use the unused ticket by scanning it at the kiosk and getting the credit left applied to purchasing an upcoming trip or do I have to see a station agent to have it applied ? Thanks for any info. Not looking for a refund just an exchange credit. Is there anyway to do it online ?
