If I open that link in an Incognito browser window the 75,000/$5,000 offer is displayed, but the only way to apply is to login, and if I login I see: We're sorry, but our systems are currently down.
I take this to mean that the 75,000/$5,000 variant is still targeted. You are eligible, I am not, hence our different experience.
I do believe the 75,000/$10,000 variant is not targeted.

I just received a 75K/5K spending targeted offer by mail. But the issue is I received a signup bonus on this card early this year. My understanding is i need to wait 12 months to get signup bonus again.
In the T&C of the mail, it does not mention anything about already got a bonus in past 12 months. Is it safe to assume this targeted offer I received would be exempt from the 12 month requirement?

The 75K offer has been extended till Sep and shows up without any need for Incognito, In-private and what's not. Of course, I can't apply for it since I would have to cancel some of my other 3 AMEX business cards first, but at least, the link is working. Tried from 3 different computers.

this is my first post here, so hi everyone. just to add to the weirdness here, i got targeted for 50k/5k in the mail today, but when i entered the link that rj123456 posted on june 25th into a safari private browser window, i did indeed see the 75k/5k offer - even after logging in with the username/password i use for my personal amex cards. my application is pending, but that's probably because i honestly reported my business's revenue (it's a hobby business, so the revenue is <$10,000/yr). we'll see if i can convince a rep tomorrow to approve me.
anyway, long story short, it seemed weird to me that i would be targeted for one offer but still allowed to apply for another.

The person I responded to didn't provide details of when they opened/closed. In their case, if it hasn't been at least 12 months, I wouldn't count on getting another bonus even if their offer makes no mention of the 12 month restriction.

Newbie question, do purchases on Paypal count towards my initial spend? I've met the minimum spend about a week ago, a part of it was buying stuff and paying using Paypal but the 50k hasn't posted yet.
My wife met her initial spend a few weeks earlier than I did, her 50k posted within 2 days of meeting the spend although she didn't buy anything on Paypal.
First time with Amex charge cards in a long time.

as I got Busn Gold cc bonus in past.
Only one bonus per person per busn gold cc per life, says she.
Correct or not? Couldn't find proof in 75K public bonus terms.
