Claim missing miles?
I just spent an hour searching ANAs homepage after an adress where I could send in claim for missing miles.
I know that I can retro claim online but thats only for Japan domestic.
Can anyone help me with an adress? I would prefer somewhere in Europe.

Best bet is to phone your local office and ask. They'll usually recommend you fax the BPs to them.
