Depends on what you want to get out of it and what your alternatives are. If you're already gold I don't think there is too much that 75k is going to add other than maybe better upgrade chances. That could be super relevant if you're flying on AS flights at high competition times or it could be irrelevant if you're not.

If you're already mring for gold probably not. That leaves you either 35 or 40k to run for. Unless you get an amazing amount of satisfaction out of mring... Economically totally not worth it IMO.

Well looking at it...
35k at 4cpm costs $1400 ($1750 at 5cpm). You should end up with 120k rdm (35*2+50), so that is cheaper than buying rdm at 2 CPM.
(Assuming you place no value on your time)
Numbers will vary wildly based on valuations, but there is a chance it is worth it from the rdm perspective.

Your best ROI would be on the cheap DTW turnarounds with the double eqms. Five trips @ $198 would get you there from MVPG if you're at 40k EQM. You would get almost 90K RDM for approx $1000 - 1.2 cents a mile. Even if you didn't jump on the $198 rt previously available, at $300 per trip, you would be getting RDM at 1.7 cents per mile, and 75k to boot.

IMO, it's worth it if 1. You don't have a value for your time MRing. 2. You MR at 4cpm or around that. You will then end up with an extra $1000 worth of miles

One could argue that the RDM's are worth 1.5cpm or 2.0cpm, or whatever, but there is also the fact this would require the OP to invest $1.5K - $2K of cold hard cash into those miles - something I personally would say is quite unwise in the current devaluation culture, unless the OP has a specific redemption in mind and plans to sit on these miles for less than 6-12 months. Was the OP planning to buy $2K worth of miles? Highly unlikely.
Oh yeah, that and the fact that this would place absolutely zero value on the OP's time. BIS 35K - 40K miles over the next 2 months is a big time commitment unless one can manage to fit it into existing trips or somehow make a vacation out of the MR, more than likely though it would simply involve using up a bunch of remaining free time left in the year.
I can see MRing for an additional 5-10K, but there really comes a point when the economics of it just don't make sense...and pure MRing up 2 status levels definitely hits that mark IMO.
