Interesting to note that THAI Australia invite 'premium passengers' who do not qualify for Lounge access via normal channels to use the Air NZ lounge as described above.

I wonder if they are meaning 'premium passengers' to mean TG ROP *A Silver status pax (who don't have lounge access in BKK), or if there is a general access on payment to THAI pax under *A mantle, or indeed is it just any pax willing to pay??

I'd say it would really only be worth it if you were there for longer than 2 hours. Need to eat and drink your way through AUD$50!

You can actually buy a single entry Koru Lounge Pass at the lounge for $55 local currency at SYD/MEL/BNE, AKL international and LAX.

$50 would be great value for an alcoholic I guess.

Can you really buy a day Pass for the Koru Lounge at SYD? Can you be flying any airline or just Air New Zealand and Thai?

You could a few months back, not sure if its still a option.

You would most likely have to be traveling on NZ or an *A airline.
