AF website is showing the old J config on flight 85 (SFO - CDG) on 6/12/17. I just booked an award seat and was assigned 2B - is there any chance I get lucky and see them sub a 777 with the new seat?

What is happening with F-GSPM? Doesn't show up in the data base. Being retrofitted?

Are all flights out of ATL angle seats? If so, when will the lie flat seats come online?

Hello all,
All this talk about NEV's and refurbished 777's is confusing me. I am sure this has been asked before, and I did do my best to search for the answer, but I am still unsure.
What kind of NEV is in the non-refurbished 777-200? NEV4? And what is the difference between NEV3 and NEV4?
I am looking at some flights between SFO and CDG next spring, debating whether to take the A380 (with NEV3 or NEV4) or the 777 in hopes of getting a new cabin.
Thanks for the replies!

Both NEV3 and 4 are slightly angled lie-flat seats. Nev4 is more comfortable than the 3 version.

Hi,
We just booked a multistop trip CDG-NY-MIA-CDG. We're travelling with a baby and absolutely wanted to book the flights that has the best&beyond cabins. So we took AF010 on our way to NY on 8/21 and AF09 on our way back on 9/4.
Can you confirm if it will be the new cabins on these flight?
AF010 leaves at 5pm but we wanted to catch a flight that leaves earlier but looks like there is no 777 until then.
We booked premium (I believe the reservation class is A) hoping to upgrade to J but they ask 48,000 miles per leg even for the BABY travelling in our legs!! How crazy!

Take this with a grain of salt, as I say, it has been a number of years that I have done this myself with my kids. Also rules may be different for upgrades than for award tickets. But it's worthwhile checking

Out of curiosity, does anyone know the registration numbers of these planes? Or shall I simply assume it's the first six that have been delivered?
