AC is kind of like banana republic in that if you're paying list price, you got ripped off

It would appear to have also led to Air Canada's booking site crashing... I can't successfully search for any bookings right now.

Great IT AC...offer a sale, and I use the term loosely, and it crashes your site!
Hahahahaha...I do like the comparison to a Banana Republic...

The email that I received said this promotion only applied to Tango and Flex fares. I love how AC can't even agree with itself.

I've tried booking the same flights twice this morning, with no luck. The site crashes after I submit payment info.

The first time, I got a response to try again.

The second time, I got a response to phone in to 855-831-1436. Anyone had experience calling this #? Does one wait for hours, as I have in the past on the regular phone line?

I'd been griping about United's new web site, but this helps me to see how lucky I am to have shifted away from Air Canada for most of my flying.

Has this been happening before Cyber Monday? Sounds like a bad day to have an IT meltdown.

before sale
YYZ-CDG for March 2016 - $737 and still $737 today without coupon

sale
$714 (savings of $23).... 3% of $737..

I get more in return from ExpediaForTD (4.5% return), ha

EDIT: I know sale/promo is on BASE FARE ONLY, like always, just throwing the actual prices out there so people don't really think it's 15% off
