I would ask how he sees the aviation industry changing over the next few years and how climate change regulation may impact it.

Ben, after you are done collecting my bags, please take them to the limousine line where I will wait for you.

I see no one has posted the question here (but did ask in other threads):
So Ben, any idea where my missing 2015 miles are?
(and if they do not appear before Jan 1 2016, I'll ask that they be traded in for those shiny, new AQD things)

I'd ask him if he visits FT times to times and collects ideas/opinions from the various threads, even though he doesn't officially reply to threads anymore.

... would play a song by April Lavigne:
"Why do you have to go and make things so complicated? (Yeah, yeah)"

Ben, as disappointed as I am in AC, and indeed most North American and European airlines, I have to admit that under the prevailing market conditions of today and the last two or three years, your strategy of forsaking the frequent flyers and aggressively attracting the price-sensitive masses, is working. Or is it solely attributable to the low fuel prices?
But where is the breaking point? How much worse will it get for the frequent flyers before it gets better? Will it get better in the foreseeable future? What market conditions would be necessary for the race to the bottom to be reversed? Where is the bottom?

I would say I dream of a day where AC flies to JNB - either direct or with a technical stop. It's got a great mix of leisure and business travellers - perfect for the 787-900s.
Yes we can! Yes we can!

What is it that makes it so difficult to get frontline counter and phone staff accurately trained on things like SDCs, change fees, MPM, etc?

I'd also say he is very lucky that emirates does not operate more flights to Canada.

I'd also ask for way more Air Canada codeshare flights so I could actually maybe perhaps meet the aqd requirements.
