Rules for the MLL Guest Passes
(Subject to change by Air Canada)
These Guest Passes expire at the end of February each year
For those of you seeking passes, please note the restrictions on which lounges these passes can be used.
* Valid until XXXXX, at Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges located in the domestic and transborder departure zones of Canadian airports, along with those in Los Angeles and New York (LaGuardia) only.
* Not valid for entry into Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges located in the international departure zones of Canadian airports, Air Canada Maple Leaf Lounges located in international airports, Star Alliance airport lounges or affiliated lounges operated by other carriers
* When visiting an eligible Maple Leaf Lounge, this pass is valid in conjunction with a confirmed same-day departing ticket for a scheduled flight operated by Air Canada, Air Canada Express or Air Canada rouge.
This pass is not valid with any other airline
* A maximum of one Maple Leaf Lounge visit for one person is permitted with this pass
* Invitation of additional guests is not permitted with a Guest Pass
* Access is subject to space availability
(other rules are listed on the pass)

I have 3 MLL passes good for domestic and trans border in Canada plus LGA etc. Expire Feb 28/15. PM me if you need them I will be in the YYC lounge on Thursday Jan 15 and could leave them there or mail out.

I too have one regular MLL pass that expires Feb 28 2015 that I can give away 
PM me with your mailing address and I will mail it to you using some very old Canadian stamps as postage.^ I may even place it in an old Canadian Airlines ticket jacket

Really dumb question, but I figure I'll ask anyways:
1- I presume you have to have an AC flight to use either MLL?
2- It seems most people have lounge passes to give away until the end of Feb? I know the rules, changed but does that mean that people won't be able to gift passes as of Mar 1? Hence people wanting to give them away vs. having them go to waste?
3- Lastly one has to be flying at least the tango/flex fare to have lounge access or is the base (ghetto) fare also ok to use the pass?

2) Yes we have expiring passes. Some of us have some worth using past March 1st...
3) I think any fare on AC with the pass will get you in, no?

The other can be used in any MLL but only for flights on AC metal booked using Aeroplan points.
