Short Haul Reward
I needed to fly Medicine Hat Kelowna Reward miles. Got through to Aeroplan right away. Great guy there planned the flight and return - no problems at all. I wanted 13,000 instead of 15,000 AMiles, so he gave me all the flight numbers and I went to the "net" to get the cheaper point charge. That was very nice of him I thought. I made an error on the fax number for the e-ticket. I phoned back to aeroplan. Got through right away and another very nice aeroplan employee fixed it, no trouble. I was very happy with the service. Thanks are definitely due.

Congrats Aeroplan!!
I recently had a wonderful agent reroute an itinerary to a way more convenient one due to a sched change (sched change was on the outbound but the return was where the painful 8 hour layover was). He "fixed" the return out of his own volition before I could even ask him!! I was extremely impressed with this outstanding level of service. Maybe things are slowly getting better??
