Is Northwest the only ff where miles do not expire?

Currently are there other airlines in addition to NW where your ff miles do not expire?

From what I know (please correct me, someone, if I am wrong), most ff programs of US-based airlines allow your miles to not expire as long as you have some activity in your account at least once every 36 months.

Many foreign airline miles, however, expire (often after 3 years or so).

Also, airlines have different definitions of 'activity' so it is best to check with each individual airline.

So far, Alaska Airlines miles do not expire. Alaska has a large number of airline partners. I rarely fly with them, yet it is my favorite miles program.

On
https://www.nwa.com/freqfly/memrules/general.shtml
It states "If no mileage from any source is posted to a WorldPerks member's account for three consecutive years, the account is subject to termination, including forfeiture of all accrued mileage."

To me, this is similar to the rules of the other airlines.

I thought Delta miles don't expire. (I probably could look it up on their site, but I'm being lazy.)

I don't believe that's heavily enforced though. All it says is that it is subject to termination. It doesn't say anything definite like the other airlines do.

AC miles do not expire. The T&Cs say that you have to have activity at least once in 36 months, but I don't think this is enforced.

Delta is the same as most other major US airlines: miles expire three years from the last activity. "Activity" includes posting miles earned through Delta or partners and redeeming awards.

EFREM is correct about Delta Skymiles. There are also Delta FF miles which are listed separately on the skymiles statement,
and they don't (seem to) expire. (Some of my family has had them sitting around for 14 years.)

Those Delta FF miles are from Delta's old FF program (pre-Skymiles). Delta grandfathered those miles under the old rules.

i love seeing airlines (ie AA) advertise the fact that their FF program miles "DON'T expire as long as you fly 36 months"....in other words they DO EXPIRE. there should be some sort of law restricting misleading and illogical statements like that in advertising
