OT: I love this ad on TV.

There is an ad on TV for IBM Business Solutions that makes me smile everytime I watch it.

A gentleman is visiting his psychiatrist/analyst and he is complaining that he dreams that masked people are chasing him. They are customers "who want everything"

Patient: "What does it mean, doctor?"

Doctor" It means that you that you are too slow; you can't respond and you are in denial"

Patient: "No I am not"

Doctor: "You see...!"

The reason that I smile everytime is that this ad encapsulates the dialogue that AC senior management has with us the customer.

Truth is stanger than fiction.

Well you are only a bit incaccurate as AC management is so deep in denial they wouldn't even think of seeking outside help like the fellow in the ads!

Reminds of a cartoon I saw in the Herald.

Man on couch talking to psychiatrist.....

I don't feel good about myself, I feel inadaquate. I feel I am not liked, my self esteem is low...

my fave commercial ever was from about 5 years ago (maybe more?).

It was for HP (steak sauce), and featured a cow singing "Can you imagine...how much I love you.....moo moo moo moo"....

I still smile when I think of it.

Of course, isn't IBM responsible for all AC's IT muck-ups?

No, no one is responsible. AC claims it is outside of any ones control - they acts of God!
