Monitoring of FlyerTalk Forums?
I have been very impressed to see Starwood Customer Services monitoring and responding to topics in the Starwood forum.
Are any other forums -- that doesn't sound like the correct plural, (fora?) -- actively monitored and acted upon by the respective airline, hotel chain, etc.?

I know following threads being 'officially' monitored:[*]Northwest: MJW (an OMNI prize winner! for doing this)
[*]Hilton: Adam Burke (another OMNI prize winner! for doing this)
some time ago this was also the case with:[*]Hyatt
other threads have, from time to time, very competent 'insiders' contributing/answering:[*]UA: Trish (from the 1K lounge in Seattle, kokonutz once introduced her to our board with a 'love' letter
)
I had once been contacted by personal email, referring to a posting I made on Flyertalk by:[*]SR
