How do you earn miles with your primary airline?
After reading the "why do you fly the airline you fly" thread, I thought that it might be interesting to know where everyone got their miles from. If this thread has been examined the past, I apologize, but I am curious to see how we all accrue our balances. Perhaps this will also give myself and other FTers some ideas. Here are my mileage sources:
America West FlightFund
*Flights on America West and Continental
*Holiday Inn (Bass Hotels and Resorts)
*Hilton Hotels
*Radisson Hotels
*Bank of America FlightFund Platinum Visa
*Sprint (Telecommunications)
*Flower Club
*Troon Golf

For USAirways Dividend Miles, in order of how many miles:
Status Miles, 500 or actual miles
100% Chairman's Preferred Bonus
1000 miles Personal Travelworks bonus
50% First Class Bonus (on Y fares)
Bank of America Platinum Visa
MCI (not anymore, however)
USAirways Dividend Miles Dining Program
Last year: 250,000 miles
Marriott Rewards:
10 points per dollar
30% Platinum bonus at Marriott hotels
Hertz 500 points per rental
AT&T
Last year: 500,000 points
I never got into these online clickrewards type things. Doubt I ever will. Too much hassle.

My unconventional strategy is to get partner miles on airlines other than the one I am elite on (United), unless the bonus is only available on United or unless the bonus is more on United. And for hotel/car my first preference is to get hotel/car points instead of miles.
On United I received:
Flight miles, elite bonus, online booking bonus, ATC bonus, bonuses for surveys
IAD double mile bonuses
One Hilton stay where they gave 1500 United miles
500 miles for mailing a SRS hotel form
Mileage Plus visa bonus miles and miles for charging to card.
United Dining miles.
On other airlines I received
Schwab bonus
Waterhouse bonus
Citifi bonus
Healthy Choice
Clickrewards
AT&T miles
MCI miles
Hilton double dip miles
Best Western miles (don't stay enough so opted miles)
Sheraton 12K airline bonus on AA
Radisson miles (don't stay enough so opted miles - also online booking promo).
car rental bonus miles (Alamo, Avis, Budget, Thrifty - got big bonus for Avis on BA)
Diner Club redemptions (double miles to BA, Delta).
AMEX Membership rewards conversion to Delta.
