What can we all do to help?
Besides the local things like donating blood and so on, can/should we get together as a group to say, pool our points.com points or clickrewards miles or gift certs that we bought but never planned to use for the AA challenge, cash, anything? I think it would be great to have a donation from the flyertalkers to the families since even if each of us can only afford a little, it would really add up with everyone doing something. (Not suggesting donation of our frequent flyer miles though!) Here in NY they are reporting on TV that the rescue workers need food and clothing for example.
