ANOTHER PLACE for Healthy Choice Certif
Page 103 in the United Airlines Hemispheres Magazine is the Healthy Choice ad for the 500 miles per 10 proofs of purchase certificate.
SOrry: they did NOT put any coupons in!
I managed to rip out two of these pages on my return flights AS THE F-A's glared at me. I explained it's another mileage off and oen said "But there are no COUPONS in there."
If there were there would be pieces of Hemispheres magazines littering the plane.
THESE CERTIFICATES ARE SPOKEN FOR THOUGH -- for two people I put on back order.
Again!!! This is for the 500 miles per 10 Proofs of purchase. There are some limits, but large ones so you can send in a lot and get a lot of miles.
Maybe it's best to TAKE the Magazine. I can't: The cats use my magazines for scratching posts!

Aren't the inflight magazines there for our taking? Why would the FA glare at anyone for tearing out something that was published for the passangers? They carry a supply of magazines to replace the ones that passangers take.
Who knows, maybe the inflight mags are going the way of complete system timetables!

Yes, the in-flight magazines are yours for the taking.
Although, personally, I think that it is much easier for one to surf over to a web site and print out the coupon. You can do it immediately, and do not have to wait for the next time that you are flying UA and reading the Hemispheres magazine.

As one of my friends e-mail me: Maybe the F-A's glared because they wanted the certificates for their friends.
It's interesting that the F-A's DON"T announce that the magazines are for the taking. They used to. What I do sometimes is take the magazine and take the article or what I want (like that great story about the cat Detective in the April Hemispheres!
