Congressman Vapes in Protest of Proposed Plane Ban
Rep. Duncan Hunter blew an enormous plume of water vapor during a proposal to ban electronic cigarettes and vaporizers during commercial flights. The proposal, made by Del. Eleanor Holmes Norton in the Transportation and Infrastructure Committee, links e-cigarettes and vaporizers to the 30-year policy banning in-flight cigarette-smoking on grounds of health and safety. Defending against accusations against fire hazards, Hunter said “There is no burning. There is nothing noxious about this whatsoever. This is the future.”
Rep. Bill Shuster, R-Pa, weighed in, saying that the effort to police moisture in the air would lead to a slippery slope of banning warm air, bad breath and body odor. “Are we really going to go there? I’ve been on the floor before talking to some of you, and I’ve had to take a step back.”

Good thing there were no recent reports of vape pens catching on fire in the middle of a fli-... Oh wait, there was. And hey, if we start following those congressmen's logic, next they're going to ban phones on planes because one caught on fire recently on an AS flight! What's next?
Vaping stinks too! I don't want to sit near anyone doing disgusting stuff like vaping.
Wonder how much $ he got from the vaping lobbyist to pull this stunt.
Vaping is not the future.
