Better than Before

My very first trip to Amaya Langdale was during it was initially opened and that was in 2012. I fell in love with it from the moment I stepped out of the vehicle and walked into their garden. The view was unbelievable and the air was so fresh!

Now, 8 years later, this beautiful bungalow has gone through an amazing transformation. Even though some of the old staff were not there to welcome us, we were still warmly greeted with hot face towels and a refreshing herbal tea by the present staff. We got in around 5.30 in the evening and were immediately checked-in to our rooms.

The prices also increased but I caught a good rate through their website.

I would like to thank the staff for another memorable stay at Amaya Langdale and I hope to come back soon and not wait another long period to enjoy their hospitality and services.

Our dining experience was also quite exciting as they have extended the restaurant area more towards the garden and with a glass roof so opens up to another spectacular view of mountains. And with a personal butler at our side, we didn’t have to wait long when we requested anything.

Truly impressed with the changes here. The comfort levels and the service level has increased in 10 folds. The rooms have gone through a complete transformation and loved what they have done near the windows. The little set up with the cushion area was my favourite spot. I could have sat there the whole day enjoying the view of the tea valleys I had missed so much.
