My wife's had a bit of a delay, we were married in 2015 and apparently we forgot to change her name at Wyndham so they emailed that they could not give her the match from IHG Platinum to Wyndham Diamond as her IHG car has a different last name.
Hopefully the same person helping us on the name change can also submit the status match
EDIT, ok name changed and Diamond @ Wyndham............TR match to Diamond requested

I matched from Hilton Diamond to Wyndham Diamond in December 2018, which gave me Wyndham Diamond thru mid-March 2019. I linked my Wyndham to Total Rewards in December and got Total Rewards Diamond thru Jan. 31, 2019.
Question - if I "relink" my Wyndham to Total Rewards say February 1st, will that get me Total Rewards (or new Caesars Rewards) Diamond thru Jan. 2020 given that I will still have active Wyndham Diamond status?
Thanks

Yes, anyone who matched in 2018 (even in late-December) only got matched until January 31, 2019. Matches in 2019 are getting status until January 2020.

My Wyndham status expired on the weekend and I'm trying to match back from Caesars (where I still have status until the end of the month). Unfortunately, I've been getting the following notice for the past 2 days
"Something's not right - please try again later". Has anyone else had any success trying this?

So I used the status match to hopefully get some perks at Caesars on my current, rare trip to Vegas. I checked in last night at the Diamond check-in counter. Here was my experience:
1) There was no line at the main check-in, and I walked forever down a crazy long hallway just to find the Diamond lobby and when I found it, I already felt ridiculous.
2) The guy at the counter could not have cared less about me. Gave me a crap room on the VERY BOTTOM FLOOR of the tower. Literally the lamest room on the tower I reserved. I asked him if he had anything with a view and he said "yea you got a pool view, the only thing better than that would be a suite which would be an upgrade fee." I didn't ask how much would the fee be.
3) Zero perks of any kind. Dude didn't even offer me any bottled water. The 2nd check-in person DID offer water to another guy there, someone who seems to actually gamble a lot, and when he was checking in, she announced to him that he'd been granted $375 in free play.
The main benefit - the only benefit really - is to avoid the resort fee. I did not try to enter the lounge. Guy did not "thank me for my diamond status" or say anything particularly welcoming whatsoever. I'm pretty sure they can tell I'm not going to be spending much money here and treated me accordingly, Diamond status or not.
