Missing points?

I think they have some problems with the program lately.
I submit two times missing points form and 2 times i receive the mail that the stay is credited and the points will appear in my account in 5 days, till now there is more then 10 day from the first email and no points.

Up to now all bonus credits were prompt.
However, on my last stay, I was given credit for the stay, but not for the
bonus awards.
I contacted them about it. Somehow their info on my reservation doesn't show the bonus and sent them a copy of my rezzie with the bonus.
