Horrible Wyndham rewards website!
try Fuzhou Changle International Airport - FOC, CHINA every time I get this message:
To book a free night stay using global rewards, please visit WyndhamRewards.com or call 1-866-996-7937.
I tried http://www.wyndham.com/ http://www.wyndhamrewards.com/ same result
but if you unselect "Redeem Wyndham rewards", you will get some hotel rate show up, so Wyndham try to block international hotel rewards booking?
if you search: fuzhou,china you get nothing
, you need search through:
Fuzhou Changle International Airport - FOC, CHINA then you get 12 results which is ridiculous since all the hotels is nearby fuzhou downtown and Fuzhou airport is 50KM away from city center
for 12/21-12/22 http://www.wyndham.com/ will show up Super 8 Hotel Fuzhou Bai Hu Ting is not available, but if you check http://www.super8.com.cn it's available
I have mentioned these problem 2 month ago but nothing changed

Hello,
Are you trying to book a free night stay or a paying reservation?
At this time, all International free nights need to be booked by a Member Service Rep. As for a paying reservation, it should work for you. Is it possible the redeem Wyndham Rewards box is checked?

I'm sorry when an International or Wyndham Hotel and Resort location is selected the website will advise you to contact Member Services to reserve a free night stay.

check your poor website design before you post anything here, it says: To book a free night stay using global rewards, please visit WyndhamRewards.com or call 1-866-996-7937......it doesn't say anything call member services only
2 month passed and you guys still can't resolve any problem I mentioned in first post
