Using WS dollars on Delta
It seems like the website can no longer access to award booking on any carrier, anyone have the same problem? I am trying to book Europe to YYZ flight in July but it doesn't seem to work. Do I have to be originate the flight from NA for one-way?

Are you trying to book a "member exclusive fare"? Click on the box in the lower left side of the booking window before adding the to/from destinations and days.

An "award" (member exclusive fare) one-way originating in Europe (at least for non-Westjet origins) cannot be booked online.
