How long for Delta retroclaim?
4 weeks ago, I filed two retroclaims for Delta flights. My claims are still open and I haven't heard anything from Westjet Rewards.

Is such a waiting period normal?

I've been waiting over two weeks for a WESTJET claim.

It took about 3 months for mine to go through (submitted in late March, went through in June, I believe; lost exact track of time since it took so long).
