WS can now Book on AC during irops
Can someone from WS confirm if WS phone agents can now rebook a delayed passenger in AC. MY WS flight lasy Sunday was cancelled and the WS agent refunded my fare, but I had to buy a higher priced ticket on AC to get home. When I called to complain I was given an extra 100.00 as a good will gesture. The agent said I don`t know why the phone agent just did not rebook you directly on AC. It something our support desk can do now. I have not heard this anywhere else. If it`s true it would be a good move.

I had some employees from a cancelled Westjet flight moved to AC. I was told this is the case in irregular operations only. They did not specify if it was only done under specific circumstances.
