Ground Transport from PHX to Tempe
What kind of Ground Transport is available from PHX to Tempe? Do I have to make prior arrangements? What hours does it run?

Taxi and Super Shuttle. Taxis are 24 hours; I think you need to contact SS if you are arriving during off-hours (12am - 5am). You can contact them at http://supershuttle.com.

Also, the Red Line city bus goes from Sky Harbor directly through the middle of Tempe.... it runs every 15 to 30 min. and costs $1.25.
