Coyotes - Henderson, NV
Coyotes Mexican Cafe & Cantina is located @ 4350 East Sunset Road.
We each ordered 2-item combination plates – chile relleno and enchilada. My wife chose the cheese enchilada and mine was with chile verde. My only question is who stole the poblano? I think I saw it buried under a pint of salsa, but I never tasted it. Heidi's review from the Las Vegas Review Journal is a little more favorable than mine:
