Phoenix Hotels/Resorts
Hello,
My sister and a friend are traveling out to Phoenix in September for a trip. I was wondering if anyone had any recommendations for places to stay (2 nights)? They will be staying Friday September 3 and Saturday September 4. They would like to spend up to and including $160 per night.
Thanks,
Lance

Hello Lance,
You mentioned resorts in your post topic.
for all the chain hotel info, click on FT Miles (at top of this page) and then scroll down to Hilton, Marriott, Starwood etc etc.
Use the search function in the upper right hand corner of the page to search for past threads. THERE WILL BE A TON OF INFO.
A question I would ask is if you are going to make the hotel a destination or are you going to explore the Phoenix area? if the latter, you can get cheaper than the rate you wanted, I would also Priceline it if you are definitely going on the trip.

I did absolutely nothing and it was everything I thought it could be.

There are so many great hotels and resorts here. I'd need a little more information on what you're looking for to give a good suggestion.
One nice thing is your budget will buy you almost anything then, as it is low season. If you're looking for a destination resort, you can't do much better than The Phoenician Resort (a member of Starwood's Luxury Collection). If you just want a nice hotel room, I'd go the priceline route.
What part of the metro area does your sister want to stay in? Does she want more of a city hotel or a resort?
