If you mean this place (https://www.grandcanyonlodges.com/di...harvey-burger/), then just show up and wait for a table.

Per the Grand Canyon Lodges FAQ (https://www.grandcanyonlodges.com/plan/faq/) only two places on the South Rim require/strongly recommend reservations (specific to lunch and/or dinner):
Advance dining reservations are required for lunch and dinner at El Tovar Dining Room and can be made online 30 days in advance. Reservations are neither required or accepted for breakfast at El Tovar Dining Room.

Advance dining reservations are strongly recommended at the Arizona Steakhouse and can also be made online 30 days in advance.
Everything else is first come first served. Or carry-out/take-out/take-away (depending on your cultural reference framework) at The Fountain at Bright Angel Lodge and Hermit’s Rest Snack Bar.

There's also a snack bar at Desert View. BTW, the North Rim opens tomorrow with limited services due to a major water line break. The campground opens on June 9 but the lodge is expected to remain closed until July 23. I made campground reservations several months ago for July 24-25.

Forgot about Desert View. And congratulations on having the foresight to book your campground prior to knowing about the water line break and delayed reopening of the lodge.

you go to the national park web site then click on lodging and follow the links to their reservation system.

just outside the park there is a holiday inn express and a best western in tusayan, this area is linked to the park bus shuttle system. There are 4 bus lines.

western is car restrict for spring to fall. Only bus access from the west end of the lodges.
Central lodging area bus loop
east bus loop to view points and
a route that links outside the park in tusayan to the area just east of the lodges. This area is a cross over of 3 of the 4 routes.

the far east view points are only car access.

from Las Vegas there are planes that fly to south rim of Grand Canyon and can drop you off for multi night stays.
