Clearing US Customs at PHX in Covid days

Clearing US Customs at PHX in Covid days
Traveling to Mexico in a week with tight connection in PHX on return. Normally, I’m not concerned about customs. Wondering If Covid is causing any delays when clearing customs. I’m GE if that makes any difference.

I've read a few posts and flight reviews recently stating at GE and mobile passport are not in use at this time. I will be flying back to US next week and plan to fill out the customs form prior to landing.
