Driver / Passenger at PHX - Where to Meet?
I will be arriving at PHX in a couple of days, to be met by someone I do not know. He is fairly unfamiliar with the airport (he is not a traveler), and will be driving his own car. He does not have a smartphone, and I'm not even sure he has a mobile phone of any kind.
I plan to email him a description of the clothes and backpack I'll be wearing. Where can I tell him to meet me at the PHX airport?
Are there numbered locations in the arriving-passengers pickup area? If so, what is a "good" number to tell him I'll be standing at/under/beside? (I'm flying Southwest with no checked luggage.)

Terminal 4 at Sky Harbor. I think the easiest way in this scenario would be to use short term parking garage above the terminal and meet you at the TSA checkpoint exit. WN parks at Concourse C & D gates, and there is a checkpoint for each concourse.
Otherwise, arrival level doors are 8,6,4,2 on terminal south side and doors 1,3,5,7 on terminal north side. Cops do not allow vehicles to wait at the curb. Pickup and Drop off areas

I'm assuming you're flying into T4 (AA, WN, BA, and a few others).
If you really do have difficulty, I think they still have those paging phones. Plus there are, "airport ambassadors," or something similar who are there to help.
