It looks to me like your best bet is the Hilton Eugene.
Though there's also a Residence Inn if you want to use your Marriott status.

Youmight want to check out the Valley River Inn. It's not "luxury" in the way the Luxury Forum at FT defines it, but you might find it more pleasant than the Hilton, Residence Inn, or Courtyard, for that matter.

You may want to check out B and B's in the area too. Perhaps a quick google hit on those....Campbell House is close to the river and near quite a bit.

Luxury lodging is not something they really offer in the People's Republic of Eugene. Excelsior is nice if you are in to B&Bs, but for a full-service hotel, it really comes down to the Eugene Hilton, Red Lion or Valley River Inn. If in town for a football game, Red Lion is walking distance to Autzen. Hilton's downtown location is preferable to the mall-adjacent VRI, IMO.
