How long are Virgin currently taking to post points ?
How long are Virgin taking to post points on a virgin flight on the virgin plane ?

At one time it was so bad I had to make a retro claim every fourth or fifth time I flew. As the whole thing can be easily done online why don't you just lodge a retro claim? As I recall it will tell you if the system recognises that the points are already being processed
