Next week I am taking my first long haul VA flight.
J on VA83.
It's a daytime flight. Will PJs still be provided? I like to change into them even if I'm not sleeping.
TIA.

Flight completed.
PJs offered with amenity kit before takeoff.
As I said, my first VA international. Very impressed. Food & wine very good as was seat and FAs.
Only one hot towel just prior to landing.
Why oh why do they insist window shades be down on a daylight flight !!!!
Sunlight is one of the best ways to avoid jetlag,

Please send a note to VA about this. I HATE this part of the flight. It's a daytime flight for both origin and destination, and it flies over some beautiful islands. People can wear eyeshades if they want but I shouldn't have to sit in the dark.

Frankly I'm always disappointed if a smoking jacket and cravat is not immediately made available the moment I step on board the aircraft
