Redeem Virgin Points (VS) - Options for USA - NZ?

Kia ora All,

Does anyone have any advice please? Looking at VS points redemption options primarily ex LAX to either AKL or CHC if anyone has any top tips I'd be extremely grateful.

I get nothing but error messages on the VA website and when I am able to get through on the phone I am not having much success either with the staff I have spoken to.

Was thinking there may be some Air NZ options for LAX / SFO departures or perhaps Delta via SYD with Air NZ SYD - AKL / CHC?

Could Delta become an option when VA joins SkyTeam?

Given you have posted in this forum I take it you mean VS (Virgin Atlantic) Flying Club not VA (Virgin Australia) Velocity?

if so, I will edit the title of the tread.
If not I will move it to the VA forum

Wanting to travel when? Class of travel? But as above a lot depends on VA vs VS

Do not like your chances of a VS award USA--NZ/AU. HA & DL a possibility.
Possible FF partners from https://www.wheretocredit.com/virgin-atlantic (have not checked the VS web site)
https://flywith.virginatlantic.com/u...-partners.html

Air NZ are well know for *not* offering awards to partners ff airlines. Some can show at short notice, but in these time load are high, including premium cabins.

No signs Virgin Aust VA will join Sky team. VA have recently started new ff partnerships with QR Qatar and UA (replacing DL). So guess you mean VS.

Kia ora All,

Great to see availability on LAX - AKL and AKL - LAX for the forthcoming DL service.

Does anyone know if we can get anything other than Economy for the LAX - AKL or AKL or LAX on DL? No luck with any searches so far....................

Totally dependent on Delta releasing save space in J which they seem not to do more often than not.
