FF miles for VS flights with DL flight number

FF miles for VS flights with DL flight number
Hi. Rookie questions here (I did a quick search but didn't find my answer)... If I book a flight on VS metal that has a DL flight number, am I right in saying I can't claim FF miles on my Flying Blue account? Also (on the basis I'm right), if I sign up to VS FC then would I get the same miles credited as if I booked the same flights but with VS flight numbers? Thanks.

This is a total Flying Blue question. I can say that with Delta and the Skymiles program, if I booked an AF flight with the TATL operated by VS I would earn zero miles. Currently the program's language hasn't been updated to allow flights to be operated by VS even with the pending JV.
