Until the end of June 2004, there's a discount on the number of miles you need to redeem awards if you do it online.
1,000 off Econony, 1,500 off PE and 2,000 off Upper.

It's interesting that the US members get 10,000 off though!
There's a flat 10,000 miles off every transaction (and has been for about 6 months already) for US members, but we're only given 1, 1.5 or 2k discount in the UK.
Although the gesture's nice, I think some consistency would be good...!
