What comes after GOLD ?
I switched from CX in April to VS and have 51 TP already (Y and PE).
I fly mostly with UA though where I am GS so is there any advanage getting more TP with VS or have I reached a plateau ?

There are two tiers above gold, quite official but unpublished, with dedicated service team to back them up. Membership is not automatic but has some qualifying rules such as total TPs and also fare codes ...
