eleVAte card

hi there

First time poster from the CO forum....I've been looking around but can't find much info on this....does the eleVAte program actually send you a physical card? Do you have to fly before this happens?

Thanks

I'm a founding member (whatever that gets me) and so far, no card. In fact I seem to remember when I signed up that they made a humourous joke around why I wouldn't be getting one and suggested I print it out from the website.

Exactly. Elevate doesn't print/send physical cards - it's mostly an electronic program, like jetBlue's trueblue program. There is a link to print an Elevate card from your My Account page (next to your member number) if you wish.

I wonder if anyone has access to a card printer I did a few years ago. The quality was similar to the UA cards, so it would not have handled the elevate design.

The check in agents would get a bit of a shock if you presented a real card

The Virgin America Visa Signature card has your elevate number on it (for some people, anyway).
