There's a bug in the res system that has caused my elevate number to be deleted from several of my upcoming flights. Perhaps it's just me, but I suggest you check any upcoming reservations, and re-enter your # if it is missing. The way I did this was to go back to my e-mail confirmations and compare it to your "future flights" when you are logged in to your elevate account.

To fix this, go back to the home page, and then go to "check-in/travel manager" and instead of going to your list of upcoming flights, enter the last name and confirmation number. Then you can add the number back. I know it's a bug and not my absent-mindedness, because I can see the # in my e-mail confirmation.

I have made the right person aware of this, and I'm sure it will be fixed, but I always think it's better to be proactive :-)

Update: Seems that changing your reservation online (something I do often) is one of the ways that your elevate number can get removed.
