Earning points in a multiple segment
Hi Elevate members,
Anyone knows how to earn in a flight with an itinerary of multiple segments?
For instance a flight from LAX-SFO-SIN. LAX-SFO is VX operated and SFO-SIN is SQ operated? The first segment is calculated on the base fare paid, however, for the second segment it will be based on distance flown.
Hope someone can help me with this.

All of the flights are calculated on some form of miles flown x fare you purchased. If you're flying VX also on the same reservation, it's not based on fare alone any longer, because it has been booked through another airline. It's miles / fare class (Divided by 1 for FC, by 2 for MCS and by 3 for MC).
