IMO, the best "deal" on F is LAX-SEA. It's readily available at T-6, it's not too expensive, you get a meal and enough time for a movie.
The midcon routes might also be an option, but they are a bit more pricey.

As for lounges, if it is open, the SFO Virgin Atlantic lounge is tops in the US. Order a real meal with a menu from your seat just like in a restaurant and the views are nice as long as SFO is not socked in with fog.
Any level of elevate can buy a pass for $40. The only better lounge experience I've had is AF 1st in Paris.
