VX website will be down for site maintenance

Got the message from FB status came in.

It's say:

Web Advisory: We're tuning up our site tonight at 11:45pm PT and will be offline for about an hour. Our call center will be closed at that time as well. Thanks for your patience. We'll let you know when we're back!
You won't able get on the website due to site maintenance. Hope you guys will understand and it should be back online sometime in the morning.

VX is accepting apologize for cause any inconvenience.

Also, the call center will be closed as well due to site maintenance.

i don't get it. the website has been down since last november; why are they only telling us now?

They should make a notification when the website is actually UP and working. :P

Website now fixed?

On Facebook, VX has declared that their web issues are at last fixed!! This remains to be seen, but I can at least log into my Elevate account now and, where it was crashing before, it is now working. Let's cross our fingers!

Yeah, they didn't notify those customers. They should have told them right way.
