Virgin America Flight Credit

I canceled my flight and got a flight for a cheaper price.... and now i have some credit left in in Virgin America file. It's there a way that i can use that credit for the inflight like ( purchases movies, drink, etc...) ?

They're only good for booking flights or paying baggage or upgrade fees.

And apparently for a very short period of time - i just got an email saying my flight credit from last month was due to expire Sept 2011. The true expiration is 7/26/12.

Call reservations to verify that or check your original email notification. They are good for 12 months. I had heard that some notices went out recently with incorrect expiration dates on them.

Just wondering.. i see you cancelled your flight to book a cheaper one..

with all these promo codes i see on the internet now i'm wondering , did you cancel it within 24 hours of booking? were there any fees involved?
