Pilots for Vanguard Airlines ratify 4-year contract
Pilots for Vanguard Airlines have ratified a four-year contract, the company announced Wednesday. The contract, the first for the pilots, was agreed to after nine months of negotiations and ratified by a wide margin.
``We are very pleased that Vanguard's pilots have ratified their first contract so quickly,'' said Jeff Potter, the discount airlines' new president and CEO. ``This is a testament to the fair and equitable agreement that was reached.''
