US visa to LAX
I have got US Visa (B2) for travel since June 2015. The destination in DS-160 form when I applied was Hawaii.
However, due to some reasons, I can not go to Hawaii and I intend to go to LAX for travelling next month.

Airlines do not have access to any info beyond visa in passport and no fly list. So you should not be denied boarding.
Secondly, at port of entry the worst that could happen is that you are questioned more than usual for purpose of visit but it is unlikely that you will be denied entry any where in USA unless there are some other red flags.
Enjoy your visit!
