Envoy sleeper seat - reservation possible
As a loyal LH customer I switched to UA for my flight FRA-PHL to US Envoy.
I got seat assignement 2C and then asked our corporate travel to change it to 3 or 4 as I dont like to sit in front of the bulkhead.
She said: "Why not try row 1, the seat are supposed to be flatter (better?)"
I answered what i knew from the forum and from US air website ( no-preassignement for non status customers etc.)
30 minutes later she mailed me that she talked to an USAir rep and seats are pre-assigned in row 1 for me. free of additional charge.
Must be due to our high volume we fly on USAir.
