Last minute award booking
Hi,

I have a confirmed booking in I for tomorrow, and also a booking on hold in O class for the same trip (different flights). Do you know when is the deadline for canceling award bookings? 2h prior departure?

Not aware of any difference between canceling award versus canceling revenue. The deadline for the latter is 11:59 pm day of departure.

Note w/r/t to the booking you have on hold, you must ticket it no less than 3 hours before departure.
